1. Invoice Provision
  • Admin Purchasing (Tony) emails FOREX supplier and freight invoices to Accounts/Bookkeeper and Orders
  (Jennifer).
  • Assumed approved by Tony — confirmed by his signature or an email note.
  • Tony prints the invoices for record-keeping.

2. Invoice Summarization
  [Accounts/Bookkeeper] Accounts/Bookkeeper summarizes all received invoices into a table.

3. Approval & Due Date
  [Accounts/Bookkeeper] Once summarized, Accounts/Bookkeeper emails the table and invoices to
  Accounts Administrator.
  [Accounts Administrator] Accounts Administrator prints the summary table and invoices and gives them to
  Paul for approval and a due date.

4. Orders/Inventory (Jennifer) Entry
  [External/Other] After approval, Jennifer enters the inventory purchase into MYOB — including the foreign
  currency amount in the last line item of the table.

5. Documentation
  [Accounts/Bookkeeper] Accounts/Bookkeeper scans the table summary and saves it in OneDrive.
