obvious.
   • Confirm the full prior week is covered; follow up on anything missing.
   • If Fiona or Kevin also made purchases, email them directly for a copy (photo/scan fine) and follow up if
   there's no response.

2. Scanning
   • Scan each receipt at 300 DPI or higher, save as PDF.

3. Email to Accounts/Bookkeeper
[Accounts Administrator] Attach scanned receipts, list Supplier and Amount in the email, and send to
   Accounts/Bookkeeper for filing.
      – Note cardholder name, which card (NAB/ANZ), and date range covered.

4. Accounts/Bookkeeper Handles Filing
[Accounts/Bookkeeper] Files receipts into the correct NAB or ANZ folder. No further action needed on
your end unless something's flagged as missing or unclear.

On-Boarding New Employees
AS NEEDED

When a new employee joins, they complete their Employee Information Form at home if needed, but you're
required to follow up until it's 100% complete — they can't be paid until it is.

Superannuation
   • If they have no fund, they choose one; if “any fund is fine,” the default is AMP (Signature Super ABN)
   • They sign up themselves — ideally with you alongside them: amp.com.au/superannuation/join. Incomplete
super info is the most common cause of delayed payments.

Once forms are complete
[Accounts Administrator] Scan the Employee Information Form, driver’s licence, Wage Subsidy
Agreement (if applicable), and anything else relevant.
[Accounts/Bookkeeper] Save and forward the documents to Accounts/Bookkeeper.
[Accounts Administrator] Print everything (including the licence) and file it in the employee folder as
   hardcopy.
